The Acceleration Professional Program is a 5 week training program designed to empower you with the necessary skills and confidence not only to advance your career prospects but to live a fulfilling life. By offering comprehensive personal and professional development training, the program aims to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity. We aim for you to tap into your core,  unleash your inner power, expose your talent and elevate your professional and life journey.

This program prepares you to connect with recruiters, meet potential employers, and then we can provide references for you.

Prepare yourself for the Job Connect Show in October!

Local or international professional with expertise in your field (academic or work experience), we can help you with career development and job search in Sweden.

Our international participants: A visa valid for three months or more after the program concludes is required.

You have participated in mentorship or job development programs through Arbetsförmedlingen or other relevant Swedish initiatives.

Basic Swedish language skills (SFI C).

Self-Discovery and Foundation: Rediscover your strengths, define your values, and set achievable goals. You'll learn how to prioritize your mental health and well-being, so you can reach your full potential.

Professional branding: Build a strong personal and professional brand and create a powerful portfolio

Networking and Relationship Building: Build strong professional relationships and master the art of follow-up.

Communication and Presentation Skills: Learn how to tell stories that engage your audience, design presentations that are both visually appealing and informative, and create pitches that moves. Design an attractive booth showcasing your talents

Career Planning and Job Search Strategies: Identify your ideal career path and master the job search process.

Your Action Plan before, during and forward: Set your goals, expectations and make solid call-to-actions to get you closer to your dreams.

Public Speaking: Rehearsal and Public speaking practices before the show.

Duration: 5 weeks program

Schedule: 3 hours in-person training per week for 5 weeks.

Location for the onsite program: Lilla Ekehöjdsgatan 12, Västra Frölunda, Gothenburg

Language: English and Swedish

The Job Connect Show: Preliminary October

When you join and are accepted into the training program, you automatically become a member of the Garden of Talents. As a member, you receive ongoing guidance, support, and exclusive access to "The Garden" databank for 3 years.

Costs

Garden of Talents Membership
Membership, costs SEK 200 per year, which totals SEK 600 for the full three years. This price includes all taxes.

Training Program Fee

An administration training fee to secure your spot is SEK 2500 including taxes. (Flexible payments applied). You only pay for the training program once you secure a job within three years of your membership. The fee is SEK 3000 per month, and it is charged over the first 5 months of your new job.
